Builded a new rig stock and not overclocked, and its running for more then a week now. I wanted to know if everything was going good and did a test with Prime95 64bits. As the whole system set up is still on a 30day warranty. Is this the right program to use for testing stock systems? What other test can i do to make sure everything is good?

System was running and didnt crash at all during the test till i stopped it at the above time. Is there a report i should be taking note if it did?

7 hours of prime95 is good enough. :)
You can try Furmark for your GPU too or a Power Supply test from OCCT.

Eldonko, OCCT actually has a Linkpack test in their new versions, they claim it's based on IntelBurnTest.

Furmark definitely for GPU stress test. Prime 95 or OCCT for CPU test, good old dos based memtest for memory testing, 3dmark05/06 for stability testing. If you're just overclocking quick to run benchmarks, you might escape with a quick 30 mins or 1hr stress test (cpu/gpu/mem), if you're looking for a stable overclock that you will use everyday, might want to run the stress tests for a good 8-10 hrs.. Prime95 sometimes passes 6-7hrs and then starts picking a crap load of errors..

Good Luck..

Highest resolution Furmark, 8X AA and xtreme burning settings will quickly heat your GPU up.
IBT/LinX (same program) ran at maximum or very high settings should pretty damn quickly show you if it's stable or not.
5 completions = pretty stable. 20 completions = more stable than you will ever need.
