hello, im having some trouble with my graphics card, i overclocked it using msi afterburner but now when im not using it ( listening to music or using internet) it will stay overclocked. this is a problem becuase i have a small room and it warms up very fast. so i was wondering is if there is anyway to make it automatically under clock itself like it does when its not overclocked. i tried setting up another profile in afterburner but it just resets the values on both profiles.

Why not just make an underclocked OC profile in afterburner and set it up with a hotkey? If i remember correctly, a 5770s default idle speed can be as low as 300mhz core and 1000mhz memory and remain stable. Try that?

i dunno for some reason whenever i set the second profile to a lower speed it would make both profiles reset. but i figured it out, if u set the second profile to make it run at stock speeds it will down clock itself like normal.
