I also forgot, I want a silent PC no noise at all. I'm running w/ a Antec 900 gaming case and I cannot hear the fans that much even from the videocard which is cooled by a Twin Frozr II heatsink. My CPU heatsink is the stock cooler, it's ok. When it's even under heavy load the computer is almost silent because of my game being loud or my bad hearing lol.

Sure but an i5 for a i7 for gaming and some map editing. Photoshop, Video Encoding, and recording games using FRAPS.
