please help
guys

can i ask and know how much stock Vcore of a Stock asus rampage 4 formula and im using icore 7 3820
then recently i receive an warning message regarding the value of my vcore my rig is new built and i use h100i corsair then i did not make overclock pure stock running
and i need to know also is it normal having 1.28 value in my vcore and my cpu temp is 45 below ?

I can’t tell you how much voltage your specific cpu is supposed to use every cpu is different. The warning you’re talking about is it asus ai suite giving you the warning about voltage? You know the little black box in the bottom corner of the screen with red writing? If so then ignore it, asus ai suite is terrible it will constantly throw out false readings like cpu or mobo temperature is negative 100 centigrade or in your case to much or too little voltage.

1.28v for a 3820 is perfectly fine and won’t damage it. I can’t tell you about your temperature as I don’t know if that’s idle or load temp. You should run prime95 or aida64 or something similar to get max load temperature.
