that's much smaller than I imagined :O it looks as if some unused and stiff hdmi cables could pull it right off the shelf. How much was it at walmart?

so i downloaded a video, for testing purposes only..cough, and redirected Vuze to save it onto my external drive(onto a folder i created). connected the media player to my tv earlier, so i just had to attach the external drive to it. go to about the 1 minute mark...

So is this thing good? My PS3 and 360 always drop connection half way through videos. Even at a modest resolution. My current situation is either a flash drive into my PS3 or my 15 foot HDMI cable and my laptop. I'd love to have a carefree streaming setup.

I could stream 1080p stuff across a wired network to my PS3. If your dropping connection you need to look at why.

Agreed. For best stability, it's best to go with an Ethernet cable anyways. I'm assuming you're using wireless for streaming.
