1.7 volts on air should have fried it already, or on its way there.

I'm 1.525v on water, 3.6ghz 400x9.

3ghz @ v1.3 is 16-18 degreez idle. and not even 30 on load

I dare you to run a Prime95 Small FFT test and watch your temperatures.

What are your ambient temps?

No way your running 1.7v and getting 58 on load with a SmallFFT test unless your room temp is like 5 degrees celsius

when i did it, i started from 3.6 and just went higher and higher. :\ i didnt know that 1.7 was alot cuz my temps were low, so i though it was all good.

You must have some sort of magical Q6600! How are heck are you getting such good temps? Mine's stock speeds with a Xigmatek-S1283 and I can get only get 17 idle if I leave my window open all day, making my ambient ~5 degrees Celsius.

LOL! its not magical. my Xigmatek HDT is magic i think. i dont know..
i just need feedback, cuz i thihnk this is kinda crazy. something is wrong... like .. seriously..
