Win 7 Grahics issues solved

This was also messing with my machine (not graphics), I have network issues constantly(isp) and get bad ip.. running the troubleshooter which re-set the adapter and refresh's the IP was throwing an error. great job MS.
Maybe it was intentinal and they trying to get more ppl to jump on the win 8.1 bandwagon. If win 7 won't break on its own leave it to ms to do it.
