This sounds wonderful another screw up by Microsoft

Something about this doesn't make sense. They are saying it's only affecting certain SSD controllers, but then they say it's also happening to HDDs. Yes, I know they use a controller chip to, but not in the same way. Unless we start to see a lot more of these reports, I think this may be a reach. I mean, if the update was put out a few days ago, there are loads of people using those drives around the world. I would bet many of them have written lots of data in the time since the update. Makes me think we would see this a lot more than just a few machines. My2cents
