I think it's more of 'the only option available' situation with all manufacturing capacity being focused on the very profitable enterprise products in heavy demand. so they have stock of these GPU and apparently enuff stock of GDDR5 for the VRAM.- Marzipan

yup, using the iGPU, but CPU will be used with heavy load most of the time, so excellent case air flow and room for a solid cooler is a must. -

need help finding a case.
I'm looking for a SFF case that can hold a mATX motherboard that is 175mm or less in width. everything I've found so far is ITX, so no go. it's for a workstation running a 9700X, using iGPU, 64GB RAM and needs space for 1x 3.5" HDD. -

yes, I jest, LoL! my understanding is the cables are fine when plugged in correctly. it's when they aren't that the issues of melt down and fire happen. or has there been fires when properly installed?- Marzipan
