need help finding a case.

Zalman ZM-T2 would fit the bill but it's no longer in production. I think Metalfish S5 may work but they are only available on Aliexpress $91 with free shipping.

mATX in smaller cases is kind of a tough spot, most of the compact options are ITX so choices get pretty limited.

Good ol Silverstone Sugo13/14? Could probably find one on ebay, but those put the PSU in the dumb spot right over the socket.

Ive got a few other options in my head, just images I gotta Google and put names to. I dont build as many PCs as I used to... sigh. Will reply again later if I can think of any, but in the meantime:

Any other requirements? Cooling? Desktop orientation vs tower? Odd shapes? Windows? Etc...

IGPU only right? No need for the slots other than the mATX motherboard? If the slots are to be used, half height or full height? Or, Alternatively, a separate gpu chamber IF needed?
yup, using the iGPU, but CPU will be used with heavy load most of the time, so excellent case air flow and room for a solid cooler is a must.

I am going to say that I don’t think you will find a case with everything you are looking for. Under 200mm wide is not really a thing anymore, unless it is a slim style with a vertical GPU (in which case they won’t fit a solid cooler like you want).

I am generalizing and maybe there is something, but when I built my and my son’s computers I did a ton of research and was trying to keep them relatively compact (especially for mine), and they are both over 200mm wide (fractal meshify 2 mini and asus ap201 tg, respectively).
