Corsair is getting into the "better" 12v-2x6 cable game. Unlike the Asus version, you can buy it as a stand alone for $25 USD. Unlike the Asus version, Corsair version only does auto shutdown but not load balancing.
yep! when you make something idiot proof they go and find better idiots.im sure someone will find a way to melt it ppl will ppl and find a way lol
Feels like a step in the right direction, but yeah people will probably still find a way to break thingsim sure someone will find a way to melt it ppl will ppl and find a way lol
seen this cables were just as good as amazon basics some worse some even defective lol.der8auer got his hands on one and the review of the cable is meh.
so you're saying you didn't install the cables properly and nowOkay, that's not the one to buy I guess.
I am still pondering something for my brother-on-law and niece's builds I did a while back. He as a 5080 and she has a 5070 Ti, both Gigabyte. They haven't had any issues, and the cable I used was the 12VHPWR one that came with their new Corsair power supplies, so no adaptors or splitters in between.
They are blissfully unaware, but since they plan to have these new PCs for a long time, it hangs there in the back of my mind...
What? What did I write?? lolso you're saying you didn't install the cables properly and nowhopeworry they'll catch fire and burn their house down? that doesn't sound like the Lysrin I know. who are you and what did you do with our well-known member?!?!?![]()
