Whats your latest purchase?

Paid for a new roof, eavestrough and fascia. Windstorm a couple weeks ago ripped up a bunch of our tiles. Roof was due to be redone anyway... so why not just spend $18,000 and do it all? :P
It hit pretty hard, neighbor's house was also damaged on the wind facing side, his wasn't old enough to justify redoing the whole house yet though but he probably isn't too far away from it.

Another pair of 10gtek DAC cables for the server rack and a noctua nf-a9x14 to mod the xbox 360 slim in the retro console collection, OEM fan is on the way out which is one of the reasons I got it so cheap in the first place. (makes me feel old knowing the PS3 and 360 are considered retro)

got my hands on a Proart 420 Aio and 140 G2 Noctua Chromax fans since the ones on my air cooler prohibit me from putting my gpu in top slot with the Wire View attached going to repurpose the pizza shaped ones for gpu air intake.

Kinda wondering... did anyone else ever get the Lian-Li box to re-home their 360s? Was it only me that was dumb enough / lian li fan boy enough to do it? Its been running quiet(er) and stable for quite some time, albeit I rarely use it nowadays. Having the whole console cooled by a standard 120mm fan was a really great idea... kinda sad no one has done anything like it since 😔 (unless I missed it?).

IMO, all consoles should standardize on more typical fans. Even if its a squirrel cage / blower fan, it would be nice if they were more easily replaceable, more options from mainstream fan maker based off how much noise vs cooling you want or need.

I'm back to writing paragraphs it seems. I'll see myself out now.

I remember when I originally had my 360 phat version (don't recall which one it was exactly maybe the pro) I had always wanted the Lian Li case for it and the Koolance liquid cooling kit to go with it. But honestly only bought it to play some forza while I waited for the next gran turismo release and I knew buying all of that stuff was silly. When the next finally GT released I just sold the 360 because it sat their unused.

If I saw the lian li case pop up locally I'd probably jump on it, though the slim probably doesn't fit properly so i'd have to modify it.
