Updated again!

@two bombs, could you please get a screenshot of the finished wPrime along with some CPU-z open together (as per the rules of out friendly competition on the first page, hehe). Once you do, I'll include your score! (And yay for more Opterons!)

Wow...all those 16 thread super-scores around here... I need to upgrade! :) Here's my score:

32M: 11.48 sec
1024M: 384.103 sec
Q9550 @ 3502MHz = 4 cores/4 threads
Motherboard: Gigabyte P35-DS3L
RAM: Patriot Viper PC2-8500 @ 494.4MHz 5-4-4-12 2T

Updated!

You can really see how the extra cores/threads in the bigger systems show their colors in the 1024m benchmark. It really impressive to see just what these server processors can do in this benchmark, since the 32m is more based on how quickly your system can get data to/from the processors more than the speed or number of processors themselves. Thats why Behemoth isn't holding its ground to well in the 32m section - because it takes too long to send/receive from all those cores on four different sockets, especially since the Barcelona architecture in Behemoth's opterons only use HT1. Can't wait for some Istanbul's to come my way with their HT3 goodness

On a side note... anyone know how I can get sponsored by AMD? LOL!

Lionred: very interesting score ! Was this on air or N2 ? I suspect air and am very interested in the dualsocket lga1366 platform score.

Very similar systems, Prof.Dr.Silver . This is the best i can do with the quad on this board... FSB limited(great dually board though). Will be getting an EP45-UD3P/R soon...to let this baby free. It's only C1 stepping, but does 3485 stable on stock vCore..and nice and cool.

32M - 10.937
1024M - 350.890

- Q9550(C1) TRUE
- P35-DS3L
- 2x2GB Mushkin XP PC2 8500(996599)
- XP Pro(32) SP2

10.249 Seconds - 32m
323.611 Seconds - 1024m

CPU: Q9450 @ 3.96Ghz(FSB495) - 4 total cores/threads (screen shows less because of speedstep when idle)
Motherboard: Gigabyte EP45-UD3P
RAM: 4GB Patriot Viper DDR2-800 5-5-5-12 (1:1@495FSB)

The GA-P45-UD3P is a sweet MB, I could only get 3.2Ghz on my old Asus board with the same processor. I'd like to break into the 9's, but I think I would need 510-520FSB to pull that off.
