You can adjust the update interval if you want.

I know that - what I meant is it takes a while to update the WU being folded.

In that case, I don't think I understand what you mean.

once the WU has been folded 1% it takes a while for HFM to update.

Ah, I see. That should still be linked to the same time I was talking about before, since it controls how often HFM checks the log file.

With the bigwu can you still monitor the progress the same way as notfreds etc? I know there is a bit of a wait but my fahmon says there is something wrong with my client. Also, should I be using the -7 or -8 flag?
