Just saw it for sale at MEC. It's supposed to give you a natural posture and a better run.

Vibram Finger Five's. They have been a rather big thing for a few years on one of the bigger offtopic forums I frequent. Always thought about buying them except I have stubby toes so I don't think they'll fit all that well.
 
I've seen people running with them. Seem interesting. Would like to give them a try myself.
 
Seems pretty logical actually if you think about it. Though I think it would have to be custom-made to your foot though for maximum comfort/usability.
 
Damn, those would probably make killer water shoes. Perfect for scrambling on rocks in coves and what not.
