push pull on the Hyper 212 Evo

extreme cooling

if want that 1 degree more place motherboard in desktop position
and duct exhaust to outside of case.

for the fluid boils @ heat source then transfers the heat to vapour then travels up the pipe to finned area

that's how heat pipe works with low boil point fluid

what fans do you think would make the best configuration while maintaining silence?

I believe it's supposed to be high pressure in and high flow exhaust.
Did you ever complete this experiment? I'm toying with this same idea for a larger cpu but like what has been said if the 212 is limited by its design it may not be ideal going to a 100W cpu. Let me know your thoughts on this, as it seems to handle a 65W cpu just fine.

I did not, sorry.

Did you miss this HWC review where they tested the 212 Evo up to 150W? It seemed to be not bad up to 125W.

Edited for clarity
