    Vinyl is not strong enough and will scratch quickly unless you cover it with clear plexi sheet. There is 3M film, I think it is may be ok as it is much stronger.

    1 bottle is good for 1.5-2L of distilled water. Typically 1 bottle enough for 2 systems refills. I had one of my own systems running on Protector for 9 month + Green Feser Dye, all Ek "old" nickel blocks - no corrosion or buildups.

    Another reason for slower rate could be build ups in your blocks. D5 definitely has much higher reliability record, then RASA pumps.

    Sounds as on ballpark with temps. GTZ is few degrees worse then current crop of blocks, so you should have higher temps then many of guys here.

    If you use DazMode Protector - nothing else is required. It covers it all. Do not overuse - 1 bottle for 1.5-2L.

    If you don't care about windowed panel and hot-swap HDDs, 700D is cheap alternative to 800D. HAF another cheap case. Anything else is totally overpriced IMHO. Also I think somebody is selling cube case in Buy-Sell section.

    Easy to bleed, fill, add liquid. I also like how it glows inside next to mobo, and it doesn't look taht bad when liquid level drops, but i don't have time for maintenance procedre....

    You nailed it. That is the dilemma everybody have to deal with. I like cylindrical reservoirs a little betetr, but mounting can be pain...

    The difference is marginal, so I wouldn't worry much about difference between 1/2, 7/16 or 3/8 tube.

    Service companies do not worth much, unless you can prove solid recurring revenue figures. Another disadvantage that without you as cable sleever, you business is not viable unless replacement is in place.
