    There is a fairly significant amount of waste, but once it was cored and sliced I cut the husk top down into quarters which made it easy to slice off the excess. If anything, it's cutting a more ideal portion of the fruit so that you don't have a lot of eyes to deal with.

I don't think there's much difference between the cheap ones. If you step up with extra cash I believe there are ones out there...

    Bought one of those super cheap pineapple core/slicer and am amazed at how well it worked. :) EZ PZ pineapple for my breakfast fruit.

    I'm a bit concerned about the max fixed width. Sounds suspiciously like somebody wants to stuff a PC case into an enclosed space which will have zero airflow. The best air cooler in the world won't mean a thing if it can't get fresh air across it.

    Yeah, I can't imagine that's worth much more than a couple of hundred bucks, and even that's (IMO) a stretch for a 10yr old PC. The Case is the best part of the build based solely on the HDD space. :)

    Absolutely atrocious event audio at the HFX Scotiabank Center! Took my better half out to see Celtic Woman and felt like somebody should have a few cross words with their sound engineer, but apparently the venue is infamously bad overall so he/she was probably doing the best he/she could do. :(

    Took me somewhere around 14 hrs on "Hard" to complete the main quest of the new content. As always.... early end game is starved for mats while trying to gear up.

    The new expansion is live (including the 1/2 hour wait for the new season). I jumped in fairly quickly and managed to create a seasonal character but got kicked out of the server before any real progress was made. (Probably best to just let the dust settle and have a look tomorrow sometime).

    Still seeing that error message on the port, but there doesn't appear to be any issue with throughput on it. I guess I'll just have to live with it, but that error message is gonna trigger my OCD every time I see it. :)
