I recall something like that too, looking at rebooting three mile island and stuff to be able to supply these proposed data centers
They are also talking about building a nuclear plant in Alberta north of Peace River.
Glancing at MemEx 3.5in drives.
1TB ~$150
2TB ~$150
4TB ~$200
8TB ~$400
I think for the extra $50 most people would grab the 4TB leaving 1/2 TB drives alone. But $400 for a single hard drive probably drives the average person away.
... Edmonton or any of the surrounding communities don't even appear to make the list which honestly doesn't surprise me.
I'm grouchy enough to knock us off the list ;)
That makes more sense then why your looking at the lower powered options. There are a lot of n100/n150 options on aliexpress and stuff but not messed with any of them myself.

Only reason I didn't go with HIDs in the projectors after the retrofit were due to other things I did.
It was 25% underdriven with a 600W monoblock and 20W RMS / channel head unit and I didn't have an oversized alternator. I was pretty sure I'd burn out the ballasts or something with the...
I actually did LED retrofit in the Outlander before it was totalled. But I didn't just shove an LED bulb in a reflector housing, I actually converted it to projectors.
A lot of LEDs in reflectors don't have the light source in quite the right spot which screws up the pattern and focus and even...
A while ago I bought a bunch of mini PCs and split a bunch of them off. I kept 3 Lenovo p320 tinys which have a 6700T and quadro p400 or p600 can't recall which right now. More capable than the n100 but a bit more power hungry especially with the dedicated GPU.
I originally had plans for all 3...
Side note, shared this with a few other people and one of them pointed out that the URL/ToS that mentions this is the "individual use" version of co-pilot not the business variant.

The used games shops around here usually have a lot of Wii stuff often quite cheap since people go for the GameCube or the wiiu it seems.
Wii is easily jailbroken now though so there has been more demand for wii stuff
My approach to sanding drywall has been a 5in orbital sander attached to a shop vac.
Well even using the really quiet DeWalt vacuum just air air rushing through the sander (even with the sander off) was uncomfortable enough to want hearing protection.
Got my hands on a proper 9in cordless...
You guys are forgetting the retro gamer tax. While not as cool as a large CRT a rear projected large format screen with fresh bulb works pretty good too. Not $500 good...
Had to do that in the early 2000s for GPUs. All-in-wonder was a waterblock on the die and a bunch of stick on heatsinks. The full coverage blocks are a lot better
I have also been having great luck with the 10gtek modules and DACs. Better than the Intel ones I have for compatibility. The Intel ones will only run at 1G in the ubiquiti switches (but will run at 10g on systems). But the 10gtek ones work at 10g everywhere so far.
I'd go for corex/y over bedslinger even with the improvements to bed slingers
Edit: one addition. Enclosed core xy. Start doing 6+ hour PLA and PETG prints and you can smell a sickengly sweet smell. As much as PLA is considered "safe" I feel like long term should really be enclosed and at least...
5950x -> 9950x3D2 would be a fun jump but realistically the 5950x still does what I want and current ram pricing and all that makes jumping sockets an endeavor beyond current budget.
