Need recommendation on a new PSU for 9950x3d and 5090

The 1600w Titanium is A+, the Noctua is A++. will you notice a difference between those and an A- rating? Who knows. I would think probably not.

You need 20a. Some people use modified cords but if they ever exceed the circuits ability it will blow the breaker.

Best case fans that are quiet

Personally I just use the fans that come with my case and adjust in the bios. If I was buying new, I'd always choose Noctua.

Need recommendation on a new PSU for 9950x3d and 5090

I would look at 1000w as the bare minimum. Around 1200w or so is a much better plan. https://www.cybenetics.com/index.php?option=psu-performance-database Sort 1200w-1350w.

Need recommendation on a new PSU for 9950x3d and 5090

Seasonic TX-1300 ATX 3.0(Titanium) is the highest rated. Leadex VII XP 1200W (Platinum) is very close in performance and a lot cheaper. Then there is also the FSP Mega TI 1350w (Titanium) which scores very similarly. Those are my picks.

    GPU's are skyrocketing

I put these in my registered accounts. No capital gains. I mean people who hold bullion and sell will probably not declare it, but legally you should. I contribute anyway, so I figured why not. we'll see where it goes. It had already mostly recovered by closing today.

    Cybenetics 12V-2x6 With Auto Shutdown

You can press the power button on your pc to shut it down without a display running. Or you could swap the cables to onboard if you have it. I guess in theory it would save you an unsafe shutdown. Or maybe the power on the gpu can be restored after the heavy load is removed and the connection...
