No kidding, especially with the 6700k being close to 600$ now.

I was thinking S775, We saw Asus boards of the top of their lineup launch at $360, and step down for the Maximus fomula I think it was which I had were had at around 200 or slightly under. Before that when everyone was on AMDs S939 I don't recall any boards over 200. Pretty sure my A8NSLI-Delux wasn't 600 :whistle:
 
Another nice board by ASUS, but like most I'd look at a lesser Z170 board which would still do everything I needed it to to save some pennies.

Though I've got to admit, I've always thought that exterior overclocking remote thing that the Rampages had is pretty gimmicky.
