    They only way I found to completely remove everything was to format and reinstall. The uninstall tool does indeed leave bunch of stuff behind running. It's a nightmare to try to remove manually.

    I have the same kit on a 7800X3D and it does the same, as others said it's likely related to the memory training. Try switching to EXPO and see if its faster, it's about 15 seconds on my Strix B650E-F. Or as suggested, you could manual set your timings.
