I have my two cards installed and on default settings in the Overdrive page. Under Current Values it shows the GPU Cock at 157MHz and the Memory Clock at 300MHz.Is that normal for two 5970s in Crossfire? What exactly do those numbers mean?It appears that I'm able to Enable ATI Overdrive but with it not clicked on. It looks like I can push the cards quite a bit. What should my default settings show? Thanks for any and all help.

Pretty sure what you are seeing are your 2d clock's as mine are the same. Run a 3d app like Furmark while CCC is open and you should see your clock's & GPU usage bump up :thumb:

Just like m4Dm4xx says... That is normal. Those "current" numbers are due to the energy saving features of the card. When not under heavy use the GPU clocks down to save on electricity and keep cool. Just run a bench, or even just a 3d renderer like in atitools or atitraytools and you will see your current clocks get bumped.

Most GPUs do that. Its to save power and well allow the card to idle at a much lower temperature. Only thing that i have a problem with my 5870 is if i overclock my shadder past stock it never goes into 2D mode when not being used.
