Have you tried changing in the bios the pcie speed from auto to whatever generation your graphics card supports?

Keep an eye on it. It shouldn't keep being corrupted, there's something wrong going on if it does.

I'll keep a good eye on it. My hunch is probably windows. If it happens again im considering going to linux
