The question was answered previously.
 
Should of included data with the fan orientation matching, to conclude one performs better while at the same time dismissing orientation based on manufacturer recomendations doesn't seem to match the ideal of benching "as is" especially when you already altered the out of the box experience by substituting thermal paste vs what is included.
