The best time I ever had in front of a computer (besides jacking to porn) was as a member of a Tribes2 clan called the geezers. We had weekly practices and games and it was fun++. We were on the team warfare ladder and we did make first place. My clan mates were a bunch of ex marines all 35+, man we had some great strategies.

You realise games arent made only for 14 year olds right? Despite what you think MANY adults play video games, and they do that on top of actually having a fulltime job to support themselves and their families, not just living with their parents. If someone has the time to play video games and it doesnt cut into their job theres no problem with it, despite what todays youth seem to think.

I am 25 myself and I know a lot of 40+ that are in the same guild as me on Lord of the ring online. They are very nice people to play with. There's even a 60+ old guy.

Some of the best clans that i've played with are filled with 40+ year old farts. The good thing about those clans are they have lots of money to rent good servers.
