I am currently at 3.2Ghz

My settings are as follows:

FSB - 356
MULTI - 9
MEMORY - Lowest Devider is 533Mhz, so I cant run it 1:1 only 3:4 because my Cpu comes at 200FSB stock, so my memory is running at 950Mhz

Voltages:

CPU - 1.36V
DRAM - 2.25V
VTT - 1.26V
NB - 1.25V
SB - 1.5V

I know the troubling factor here is my memory, because raising voltages dont help at all.

Here are my Memory timmings: I am not gonna write them all down, so here they are from top to bottom as they appear in the bios...
