I started looking for Civilization V - Complete Edition and I'm wondering if any of the sites are legit. CD Key Offers, who I buy MS licenses from, is OOS, so I'm not sure whom I can trust.

I have used VIP-scdkey because tech yes city has confirmed supposedly that their legit keys, but I have only used them for windows 10 keys which from what I can tell are OEM keys I believe which would make them illegal I thought cause I am not an OEM. but if I got keys that didn't work they would get me ones that did.

I have bought many Windows 10 Pro keys in the last 6 years and not one of them has failed on me. but since my usual source doesn't have Civ 5 CE in stock, I can't get it from them.

Worst is I think i got a few AV licenses over sold however if you contact them they will issue refunds if product keys expire and you have proof to show them. I think they even paid out a few companies who filed disputes in the past for larger sums to avoid lawsuits. They want to remain around where as most others just are a cash grab until sued.
I've used Eneba a couple times, and had no issues....... don't recall how I even found them..... maybe from using: https://isthereanydeal.com/
I use gg.deals to check prices, I find that site much more useful than isthereanydeal.com, but I would not recommend g2a personally.

Not sure if these site fall into the category of your OP, but I have used GoG, Green Man Gaming, Fanatical, even Humble Bundle and have never had an issue. All the keys for the various services; Steam, Origin, Ubisoft, EA, etc.; have worked without issue.
Lysrin, I don't think the ones you listed above I would put under the same umbrella as vip scdkey/g2a/Kinguin as the companies I have been talking about have always kinda been in question about where they get their keys from. legit sources of stolen keys or purchased with stolen credit cards that kinda stuff. I could be wrong but I wouldn't put GoG/humble bundle in the same group at all. just my2cents
g2a/VIP-scdkey/kinguin I kinda put them all in the same league, I have seen some YouTubers ask scdkey/kinguin for proof their keys are from legal sources but I take that with a grain of salt cause I have had keys from a few of them not work on the first time IE where already used but they all made it right with a working key or refund.
