Here's a review of some fans from last year. Looks like there are some newer fans missing such as the new corsair fans. Are you looking for fans for heatsinks, casefans, or for radiators? I think there was a review done for fans on radiators a while back. Just google it up.

^ that AnandTech article is HEAVILY 'disputed'

but lets clarify what I mean by 'disputed,' from what I've seen, no one is actually saying the results are wrong, just that it leaves out VERY MANY of the most popular radiator fans (especially the silence-oriented ones).
