Haven't watched, but no surprise. It made no sense from a construction perspective or an urban design perspective. I'm not sure if it was really some kind of grift deep down, or just another dumb Saudi vanity project, but it always seemed completely silly to me.

Basically no money for it. Goes into why MBS basically set the entire thing to fail because he watched too much Marvel and Star Wars and his ego can't pay for it. It then goes into comparing why the Saudi Sovereign Fund actually got things working for their projects. TLDR, delulu guy just throws money around for marketing and when large investor don't buy in, delulu projects fail.
 
How bad CEO killed Intel. Of interest, he went into describing the previous CEOs and how they fit in the 3 different types of CEOs and how the board is run by finance monkeys with little silicon knowledge. Also interesting is that he pointed out Intel was an Engineering company building stuff that no one really brought.
