Quebec is the only province that has enforceable consumer regs which hold a retailer responsible to honour advertised price (even if it's a pricing error).

edit: I didn't double check, but I don't believe I had that quite right.... IIRC they don't have to honour the advertised price if they catch it before any sales are processed, but once a retailer has processed the sale (they take money from you at the advertised price) it's considered a binding contract and they have to honour it.

For pricing errors, my understanding is that they have 7 days to cancel the order and an additional week to refund the money. My refund was instant since it was through my Lenovo rewards.

Hmmm, I'll have to look a little closer, but I ordered just 1 of 'em, just to see if it would go through, and when checkin' a few mins. ago, I got this:

Expected to Arrive on 08/31/2026​


Not quite the original guesstimate of 03/24 - 03/28, or whatever the date range was at that time. :unsure:
 
All three orders showed an expected arrival date, and we're now down to only the chargers not canceled. I'm guessing those will follow suit soon. m.2 drives cancelled this morning, memory cancelled at 6pm. Both now listed as unavailable and listed at $250ea.

I'm guessing $18.99 is a fair price on the chargers, since you can find similar on Amazon or AliExpress around that price point with coupons and such. Maybe everyone will get those at least? lol

A couple things..... what's up with the price listed for both the memory & the SSDs being the same? :unsure: Got to thinking that mine hasn't been canceled yet, possibly because I ordered mine later than you folks that ordered a few of 'em, and maybe Lenovo just hasn't gotten around to it yet. I looked on their site again, after seeing the Aug. E.T.A. on the SSD, and their chat function popped up automatically, so just for shits 'n' giggles, I talked to a rep, and asked if that was accurate, and he said not to worry about it, and that the E.T.A. listed is often inaccurate, and that I should receive the item in a reasonable time frame(don't recall the exact wording, but that was the gist of it).

Read read this morning about someone complaining about grey banding, and how CC put his return back on the shelf as new inventory. Going back to double check seems to be the exact same model.

The specs and price seem to be a good deal but if ordered would double check what shows up right away.
