How long will a purchased radiator with water or chemicals inside last? What is the best performance triple fan radiator out there?

Most of the radiators used in the computer industry are of brass/copper construction, and soldered together. As long as your pH levels are good, then corrosion will be minimal. They will last for many, many years.

Are radiator fans different than regular fans?

All PC fans follow specific sizes. 120mm and 140mm are the most common, but they do get more substantial, and smaller.
They follow the same mounting and bolting pattern. Meaning a cooler that uses 120mm fans, will fit all 120mm fans.

Now, not all fans are the same. Static pressure is the amount of air velocity (measured in CFM). If you have a more dense radiator, you will need a fan capable of moving more air.
