For the market value of each part I'd say around: $40, $80, $40, $70, $150, $40, $40 = $460.

I'de say the 380 is worth closer to $200.

Ya, I'd say $200 on the high end for the 380.
$500 would be a fair asking price. I'd start at $600 if there's accessories/OS's/warranties/whatevers depending how long you want to hang on to it.

Thx for the feedback guys, I have Windows 10 Home installed on it now and can leave it on there for the sale.
