Gigabyte C1007UN-D mITX board w/ embedded dual core celery proc ( GIGABYTE - Motherboard - CPU Onboard - GA-C1007UN-D (rev. 1.0) ) + matching Pico PSU ( PICOPSU-150-XT With 102W Power Kit ).

Thinking $100 or is that too much?

What about $150 w/ 2X4G 1333 DDR3?

Heh... I'm kinda leaning towards trying to get almost enough together from the package to finance most of a decent 2X8G set which would move my current 2X4 set down to a spare set and thus make the 1333s surplus.

That board was $100? picoPSU was $60? Your tossing in the RAM as well, so $150 seems like a pretty decent deal.
