really great progress there Knuckles.

Thank you very much. I'm getting very excited now as I can see the final product in my mind better now.

Looks beautiful, makes me want to rethink my whole design, but no going back now

Dude, your build is incredible. I love the way you relocated the 5.25" bays and made that massive fan tunnel in the front. It is a truly unique design. unk:

I screwed up and didn't notice the hair that had gotten on the bottom brace when I painted it BEFORE I put the pop-rivets in. So rather than tear the whole thing down, I masked everything up, sanded the brace smooth, and resprayed it.

The joys of not checking everything with a fine tooth comb.

Oh well, at least the silver pop-rivets on the bottom of the case are now white to match. :haha:

Ok, here is a shot of the redone brace. As you can tell, the gap is MUCH less visible ... even up close.

Both the top and side are on and it all looks good.

that brace is off by few millimeters from the case's frame. h34r:

Wires, wires, wires everywhere.

First up are the two cables that will connect channels 1 and 2 on the Aquacomputer Aquero 6XT to the 2 Grid fan splitters on the radiators.

I'm just going to go with basic black, all the fan sleeving down below is also black.

After these, I have to make a custom cable for the flow sensor, the cable for the Aquacomputer D5 pump, an extension for the rear 140mm fan, and then sleeve the inline water temperature sensor.

Oh, there is no shrink on those yet. I just cut the wires to length, put connectors on one end, then cut the sleeve to length and slid it on. I'll slide shrink on them soon enough .... like when I can find my bag of heat shrink, it's gotta be around here somewhere, I can't be out. :doh:

I'm kind of fearful to step on to these waters by myself now. You know, even if I'm planning everything out for my little case mod, I think I'm gonna face some serious troubles along the way. h34r:

Well, as luck would have it, I found all the bags of my heat shrink (standard, sleeving, and even my colored shrinks).

Only got two cables done, but hey, it's a start.
