I'm a bit concerned about the max fixed width. Sounds suspiciously like somebody wants to stuff a PC case into an enclosed space which will have zero airflow. The best air cooler in the world won't mean a thing if it can't get fresh air across it.

But yeah, if they're willing to go with a flex PSU the metalfish G5 moocow mentioned looks interesting (although it's Full ATX Mobo compatible so it's a lot taller than a straight up m-atx would be).
