You could look at Public Mobile
Pubmobile is ok for new customers I'd say, but their loyalty discounts are cancelled as of this month, so they're really not much better than the rest imho.

PC mobile does look good too. I'm probably making a switch away from Public this month.

What does that mean? The price as it is seems good enough for me. Do they randomly increase the price?? This is the plan I'm getting for my kids.

They used to have a rewards program whereby you saved $1 for auto-pay and another $1 every year you stayed. There was referral credits too (also $1), so some people had free service, or close to it.

As far as I know, their plans are all prepaid and I don't recall hearing of prices going up (just people losing their rewards credits). Every prepaid provider offers a similar $29 plan currently though, so it's more a question of who's network you prefer and how much data or speed you need.

But if you look at my screen shot it shows I will get $1.45/month in points. What can I use those for?

Also I just got my 22yo son to switch from Rogers to the $29 plan. His plan was $100 and 25gb. Lol wth.

Spend some time going thru their site and see how the points can be spent. You will eventually get enough to take $15 off your bill. Get familiar with how the site works because that's how ALL their correspondence is done, even when you have issues. Their forums are a separate login from your account login, though you can link them in the same browser session so you won't have to login twice.

My publicmobile bill is going up 50% because the old reward system is gone, so for my usage it's not worth me staying.

The new system is mostly just a "perk" rather than a real discount like it was before. Could ignore it really and have a happy moment when it's accumulated down the road.

But its $29 for 40gb. I mean that’s great. I was on Telus for my kids and they raised the prices randomly. Now I get more data and 2 lines for the price of one.

For comparison, you will be paying $389.76 a year with BC taxes for your 40gb a month.
I am considering moving to Freedom's annual plan of $149+tax = $168/yr here in Ontario for 30gb a year, (or 2.5gb a month, plenty for me, I rarely hit 1gb). Equivalent to $14 a month after tax, pretty close to what I had at public mobile.
