NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN 6GB Performance Review Comment Thread

Problem i see here is it seems your recent 290x and 780ti reviews had better oc'ed results than this card.. this card is supposed to shine at oc'ing yet.. it doesnt.

but costs nearly twice as much as those two cards.

Yes but as you could see when the double floating point section was discussed, this is to offer CUDA programmers a cheaper programming tool. Those people don`t game (on the TITAN) but they would happily buy a cheaper card for the software developement, instead of the more expensive Tesla models. Anybody that wants to gamme should stay with the 780Ti.

Yea but if your reason for buying is because of double precision then buy a regular titan. this titan is for overclocking thats its reason for being thus why i find it lacking.

If your arguement is for double floating point precision blah blah blah get a single regular titan and it will oc nearly as well if your ocing your work equipment which i doubt most people are doing tbh.

most titans will OC to similar levels of performance so all the double precision stuff aside its a underperforming clocker gamer card that costs twice as much as better performing cards and 50% more then its brother the reference titan.

and all because its sporting vincy boys name on it.
