Thank you fenixsaint. Well I weighed what I have done so far and to my surprise it's like 9 lbs. So the whole case with the fans should be less than 20 lbs.

Well today finished the back panel. I need to clean it up and a little file work, but it's done. July16001.webp

Well did that little file work, which took couple hours and then cleaned it. Tried a test fit and the holes line up, sweet. Also a couple of close up shots.July17001.webp

Today started work on base panel. Originally bent it up when I first started. One side turned out really well, the other one however slipped in the bending process giving a larger radius and not straight. So today re-worked the bottom radius, cut the rest off and added. Thanks igor, and 40 hours:haha::haha: I quit counting after the first week, but I try to play about 3 hrs a day and have done 12 on a weekend. I am addicted.

Thank you kendallcshm. This is all about the case. Had to draw a budget line somewhere. I don't game, and still getting quad core for $108. Running P4 1.7 so this is huge upgrade:clap:

Small update today just made filler strip to enclose other side of bottom tray so now they look the same.
