Has anyone bought items from direct Canada out side BC?


because i am goign to buy a computer every soon and would like feedback on the people that bought from them,.

i would like to know about direct Canada shipping and reliability. how are they with DOA stuff do they charge u shipping back to them?

and basicly can i trust them with a 700 dollar order. ?

is there customer service good and reliable?

and they package there items securely?

Can you trust them with a $700 order: Yes for sure, many other members here have spent way over that with out problems. This isn't a fly-by-night on-line reseller here, think NCIX.com:dots:
Customer service is excellent on par with NCIX:biggrin:
Every parcel I have received has been very secure.

Honestly you should have no worries they are a major reseller, if by some chance you do have a problem I'm sure the staff here will do everything to rectify it.
 
i just payed to directcanada an amount of 1,300CAD through paypal...my order will arrive next week :thumb:
 
I'm from Ottawa and I've ordered from Direct Canada and had the item arrive in 2 days. I just ordered a sound card from NCIX yesterday and it arrived to today.

Mine hasn't shipped and I ordered a couple of hours after you. Processed in minutes except the shipping.:ph34r:
Oh well next week I guess.:dots:

Edit: It shipped, only thing is I was a idiot and forgot to select UPS so it got sent out purolater, I have had nothing but problems with them. Hopefully it will actually get to me this time.

I chose the $15 Purolater Air shipping.
 
I ordered 2gb of Team Xtreme ram from them. It came out to ~$320.00 and was shipped to my door in a few days. I live in Ottawa.

Great company so far. I just need to RMA my ram after 6 months of running.
