phenom o/c help for noobie

Based on the CPU support, the top model would be a Phenom II X3 715. But as I said, it doesn't make sense to me that this is the only Phenom II CPU that the mobo supports.

I think what was shying me away from trying to o/c was the different screens in the bios. I'm not using that pc now, but from the manual, there's some auto/manual voltage settings, some ram settings, FSB speed, and I don't know which is the easiest, safest way to go. I don't want to go crazy, and I'm not interested in having the cpu fan screaming 24/7.
Is there a guide/walkthrough on what changes to make first?
