Update 2: Uhmm... What???

So I ordered my TJ07 two weeks ago. It got shipped out and the dealer told me the only way that they can ship it is via UPS - I thought, no biggie, it's in Canada, and staying here. Brokerage and customs won't matter. Let me just HOPE THAT THEY DOUBLE BOXED IT SO UPS DOES :censored: it up...

I saw a post of one going to somewhere in canada travel around the US and then go to France. UPS, get your shit together.

Does this mean they are now going to charge me a bazillion dollars because it "crossed the boarder" and needed to be dealt with by "customs"?:angry2::angry2:

Update 3: Case is here

While at work I guess UPS stopped by. My girlfriend was home but had no cash on her so she wasn't able to pay those stupid UPS fees (which where not that bad... and the box was in good condition - according to her)

Anyways, its my day off tomorrow so Ill get some picks of my progress thus far. I also plan on taking the thing to the powder coaters tomorrow :thumb:
 
I may be horribly wrong, but i believe those are normal routes, as they fly around picking things up and dropping them off.

Though the fact that it toured the US is pretty humorous. :bleh:

It was to big to ship USPS without paying premiums: which is my way of saying it would have been more expensive than it was... including the brokerage.

However, to my suprise the box was in imaculate condition. Not a tear, rip, dent or anything. Kudos UPS. However, I will still only ship with you if need be :bleh:
