Reports out there of Zero-RPM being enabled after sleep. I'm not even completely sure if they're saying it's stuck in zero RPM under load or if they're just complaining that they didn't want zero rpm for low load situations. If it's the latter.... I don't really see a problem :) , if it's the former and it's staying at zero RPM under load you're at the very least going to be throttled, or crash, and in a worst case scenario damage your card from high thermals.

My 7900 xtx doesn't seem to be exhibiting anything abnormal. I use zero-rpm by default and it's working as expected after sleep.
