reliable keyboards mouses

I use only Logitech Mice/Keyboard/Speakers. Never had anything from Logitech die on me. EVER.

you must be lucky. Damn near every logitech mouse I've had has died. Mostly they no longer can click-hold/drag. Happened to an MX310, MX500, MX610. And on an MX Revolution, the scroll wheel seized. Their support is good though, one of the best. But there is definitely much higher quality stuff than Logitech.

I agree Digikid Logitech is solid never had a problem with anything. Plus a lot of their products are also very cool! Really can't go wrong with them.

lowfat as with anything ymmv and you won't be able to find a brand that no one has had a bad experience with. The Ikari laser mouse you recomended has quite a few threads online about it dying. Also I'm sure you can get "better" stuff than Logitech but for easily available and decent prices Logitech I think is one of the best choices. But really buy what you like and make sure they have good customer service! :thumb:

mouses is considered correct to many dictionaries when talking about computer peripherals.

As for mouses, I really like... .
awww nooo, that just ain't[sic] right.
I know languages evolve, but mouses?
Oh well, I guess what is considered acceptable is like a roll of the dices.
(sorry for getting off topic)

Just want to suggest that you consider purchasing from a "satisfaction guaranteed" type store like BB or FS etc. That way you can try it out for at bit. It took me quite a few mice to finally find the G3 which works for me (being left handed restricts the # of models I can chose from). 2c
(btw, sorry about all that plural folly, just a bit'o'fun.. hehe)

No worries. Hmmm well to be honest, all of this started with a mouse pad. I don't suppose that BB or FT carries steelseries, no?
