ASROCK released a new bios yesterday that supports ram speeds of 7200mhz+ on AM5. There is a buildzoid post, and he was hopeful of getting to 8000mhz.
Then I just skimmed a TPU article that says Gigabyte is also releasing a bios for 8000mhz.

Obviously these speeds will not be supported in a 1:1 ratio or with all motherboards/CPUs, so I will be curious to see future reviews showing the impact of the higher ram speeds (any gains or losses).
