I ranted a few weeks ago about G.Skill rma department who sent me a defective ram kit in exchange for mine :rolleyes:

I emailed their support to tell them the story (politely), and they offered to exchange the kit another time.

As it was their mistake, they also offered to refund to shipping cost, and I got a 16$ USD check. Took about a month (they are in California).

So kudos to them.

I, for the most part, have always typed in US English, but for some reason I always type the word neighbour the proper way and it always get flagged by the spell check as wrong. LoL!
I make a point to always use 'our vs 'or in words. It is the preferred Canadian way!
