With many people jumping up to the i7, I was hoping there are some Core 2s without homes kicking around.

I just spent a lot of money on some items, and a GTX280 so I'm waiting a little bit before moving to the i7 and DDR3, and getting a new mobo... etc... they will all drop price at some point anyways.

I am not looking to purchase until at least the start of march, I'm just getting this out there so I can possibly get something lined up.

So yeah, I'm looking for one of the following - Q6600 / E8500 / E8400 (or PM offers)

Has to be taken care of - WORKING - and shipped properly in a Anti Static bag.

Please take note of the price of these chips NEW when sending offers.

I have an E8400 and will hopefully be upgrading to Core 2 Quad in the next couple of months.
If I think I can afford to upgrade in the next little bit, I'd be happy to sell my 8400 to you. Never OC'ed and works perfect, only bought in July 2008.
They're currently $210 on sale at NCIX so I'd think somewhere in the ballpark of $175.

We can talk more about it when you get closer to buying.
