It's tough because you always need more space than you realize with equipment, it's the extra room to load plates, have full range of movement, etc.In my tiny place I was departing on getting a pull up bar that is I guess mobile can attach above doorways but I Still wouldn't have the room for one I think that if I owned a truck I would get rid of 60% of the things in my place so I could get something like shown here I mean the walkin closet I have has my older high sense 4k tv that needs back light replacement and UI dint have the steady hands to do that it also has more than a few boxes with Old PC parts and water cooling parts and electronic things and a very old 1990s 200Lbs plasma TV and my bike that I cannot get at, but if I had a truck and a little help I would get rid of most of those things and get something like what you have there in my closet so I could do other body weight exercises ( which I have always preferred over free weight or cable crap because I am not a body sculpture person hehe ) mind you, it would not be fun and mildly Claustrophobic lol

That last bit is one of the reasons why I haven't bought one lolIt's tough because you always need more space than you realize with equipment, it's the extra room to load plates, have full range of movement, etc.
For the doorway pullups, the ones that have a flat bar that sits on the moulding on the back and cantilevers against the front of the doorframe aren't too bad. Something like these ones;

They're at least stable and don't automatically mess up your door frame. Having a couple grip options at least lets you mix it up a bit too. The single bar tension ones that work like a shower curtain are accidents waiting to happen. For the amount of pressure you need to apply to keep them from slipping, I can't see it being good for your door.

Rep Fitness wall mounted rack with pullup bar and safeties (not in pic). Finding myself limited with my dumbells to 90lbs and the cross pulley and wanted to throw some squats, RDLs and incline bench in the mix. The company I'm working for has a $330 'annual personal spending' that can be used for health, recreation, etc. Figured I'd use it to take a bite out of the price of this.
I've actually bought a few things from Forte in the past. Their pricing is a little inconsistent (some stuff reasonable, some stuff bonkers) but have had good experiences overall, I found fitness town off whyte was the best priced when they were still in business but the service was never great.Installing in your basement? That's a nice rack. I bought a 4 post, freestanding a long while back. (This one) I like it, but it does shake a bit depending on the use case. I've considered a two post, wall mount but I don't have a good location for it in my house.
I also really like the multi-angle pullup bar that one has. Mine is a straight bar only, and it does have limitations.
If you're looking for an olympic bar and plates, I had an excellent experience with Forte Fitness in Edmonton. They were reasonably priced, even through covid. And I'm all for supporting local instead of the big corps.

I realize I actually bought the straight pullup bar for mine, but considering I have a pullup station on my multi-gym with wide, narrow, neutral and climbing grips I didn't really need a fancy one (and can always get the other). The Rep racks are supposed to be a little thicker and beefier than your average rack so I'm hoping they don't move too much. I considered a free standing half rack, but wanted to save a little space. Unless you're putting storage mounts on them and loading them up with weights I think all the non-commercial ones shake a bit though.
