Surprised LG is so highly recommended, I had assumed that they'd be similar to Samsung appliances which have a reputation for unreliability. Good to hear they're decent.

All the stuff in my house is 'Whirlpool Gold' (Fridge, oven, dishwasher) from ~2003. Had a couple pieces that were broken from when I first bought the place (owners broke the trim and slides of the oven drawer, ice chute door motor), but they were both able to be replaced and seem to all work fairly well and be holding up pretty decently. They all look pretty good still too which is nice.

When we bought the duplex it had cheapest of cheap of every appliance. Been through a fridge in each unit and I'm expecting the dishwashers to be next.

Bought a whirlpool gold stove for upstairs while we were still living there and we bought a brand new Samsung range when we move to this house. After using it for a couple weeks we were honestly tempted to swap them around while the duplex was still vacant. Had it not been all white applicance in the duplex and all black here we would have more hapily used that older whirlpool gold over the samsung. But moving into this place the whirlpool ones availiable at the time didn't have the steam clean + overheat self cleaning any more. They only had the overheat self clean and I hate using that unless I absolutely have to.

Even now the display on the clock is messed up. The top segment on the hours section won't light up anymore so things like 7's look like 1's. The heat control is garbage etc.

So this is on my clunker system, 4080 with 5800x3d. The 4080 is getting 40-50 fps on a mix of ultra and high settings native triple 3840*2160, 70+fps with DLSS quality. 80+ DLSS balanced. The new pc should get me around 100fps most games.
Currently they are way too close to me lol. Gonna be 2 feet father back with the wall mounts. I have to look over my shoulder to see my ammo counter, hehe. Quite a few games leave the HUD elements on the middle screen though.
Wall mount swing arms get here Tuesday, Auros Elite Master z790 on Wednesday. I'll post final pics and thoughts once I'm good to go. First impression is wow. FYI, nvidia surround is another buggy, finicky piece of shit, just like every other niche product (3D vision, SLI) Nvidia chucks out there in Alpha to sell a few GPU's and then never supports. There are alternatives and fixes out there though. I've got 30 days to return the oled's if I decide it's not worth it.

The current eye candy king. Plague Tale requiem. It does this in surround. Only uses about half the side monitors. Actually works well for the current location. there is a fix out for it to cover all the screens. Getting 80+ fps with dlss balanced.

broke down ordered the asus-gt-axe16000 lets see if this fixes the network streaming bottle neck. and since the Phoenix Build is alive and kicking a shiny pair of G.SKILL Trident Z Royal Elite Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) it'll be a upgrade over the corsair 3200mhz 64gb kit currently in there. and i even managed to snag one of those Asus Prime AP201 in Black for under $400 lol at launch there was a crazy mark up from a $89 case to over $400 from amazon.

Wowzers, UDM-Pro SE + U6-Pro / U6E models are cheaper than that
