Amazon is your best bet, shipping alone will make it worth just getting a Prime membership and getting it from there.
Just did a search though for Steelcase Leap Chair on amazon.ca and the prices are through the roof! Herman Miller options are more competitive.
Don't know where you are in Canada but in my area, Halifax, there are a few office furniture supply stores, not Staples, that carry those brands at the normal prices. When I was looking for one for work I had to do some calling around but found a provider just by searching for office furniture/chairs in my area.
